The last creative effort of José, “Agua de esperanza”, keeps its relentless journey toward the 50.000 official copies (we lost track of the illegal sales quite a long time ago!) even without the precious media frenzy. 11 years since his debut, after sudden life ups and downs El Francés is today a real man and a true artist, mature and serene, working with whom comes easy.

Two amongst the principal icons of spanish culture honoured him: Paco de Lucia describes him as the best flamenco ballad singer. Camaron de la Isla included one of Jose’ song in his production.
