Mari from Chambao has recently performed with Ricky Martin in Miami, for the taping of his MTV Unplugged concert. The song “Tu Recuerdo”, an intimate acoustic ballad with flamenco tinges, was the best received song of the set. Bob Benozzo, the producer of Chambao, was also there in Miami to enjoy the concert. The Ricky Martin @ Mtv Unplugged album will be released in november on both cd and dvd format and the duet with Chambao’s vocalist could be the single.
